Prior to joining TLC, Bill experienced successful careers in the high tech electronics field selling to engineering communities within the US Govt., Department of Defense, Federal Systems Integrators, and various commercial organizations in the electronics engineering domain. With years of experience selling to large organizations based on consultive selling techniques, Mr. Mansfield’s customers benefit from his understanding of their needs and tailoring solutions that best fit their requirements and budgetary parameters.
