TLC’s Family of Customers is Growing in Indiana
The Library Corporation (TLC) continues to expand its family of customers in Indiana with the recent Library•Solution® implementation at Plymouth Public Library (PPL).
Plymouth Public Library, located 30 minutes south of South Bend, Indiana, went live in early November. Not only did Plymouth Public Library implement the core elements of Library•Solution®, but they are utilizing some of the additional features that TLC offers with Library•Solution®, including OverDrive integration directly into the PAC, third party integration with Unique Management for debt collection, and TLC’s Hosted•Solution, allowing TLC to host and maintain PPL’s data and server environment.
Following recent developments to health and safety protocols, TLC implemented the new system at PPL completely remotely. TLC has historically ensured a staff person was onsite for a customer’s “go live” and training, ensuring the very best customer service possible. Because of the efforts put in by TLC’s implementation team and PPL, the quality of the implementation was not diminished. “Samantha was wonderful!” was a sentiment shared with TLC staff in regards to TLC’s instructor assigned to the project, Samantha Martz.
“TLC is happy to welcome Plymouth Public Library to our family,” stated founder and CEO, Annette Murphy. “It’s exciting to see libraries, in spite of every curveball that 2020 could possibly throw at them, continually strive to offer improved services and experiences to their communities. Libraries are TLC’s community and we are committed to doing the same.”
